Theory of Ultracentrifugation

A centrifuge is a device in support of separating particles from a solution according to their size, appearance, density, viscosity of the form and rotor tempo. Taking part in biology, the particles are as a rule cells, vice- cellular organelles, viruses, copious molecules such as proteins and nucleic acids. To simplify geometric vocabulary we will refer to all biological material as rotund particles. There are many ways to classify centrifugation.
