  ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Advancement in the area of power electronics and Instrumentation load excessive performing, cost-effective and portable power sources. Rapid diminishing bank account of fossil fuels and increasing awareness on universal warming are in the company of the urgent needs in lieu of emergent greener power source technologies. Electrochemistry has a major slice on alternative renewable energy generation and storeroom. Storage batteries, fuel cells and super-capacitors are the major thrust area of study around the globe.

The Asian Conference on Electrochemical Power Sources was initiated by Professor Zempachi Ogumi in Japan in the day 2006, anon it was prepared in dishware (2007), Korea (2008), Taiwan (2009), Singapore (2010) and in 2012 we organize the sixth meeting in India. The ACEPS provides a regional forum in lieu of scientists, engineers and technologists to discuss up-to-the-minute developments and share skill in the educate of electrochemical power sources, and promote the collaboration in the company of participants from this region.  ACEPS bear been spearheading hard work in propagating the message of electrochemical science and tools as a catalyst in lieu of trade growth.  They bear moreover been partners in the distribution of electrochemical skill.

ACEPS - 6, prepared on Hotel Green Park, Chennai in the course of 5-8, January, 2012 jointly by CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi and IISc, Bangalore provide a forum in lieu of delegates to trade ideas and to inform the skill on the electrochemical power systems.  The contemporary engagement covers a thick range of topics in the area of storeroom batteries, fuel cells and super-capacitors. The meeting provides a mutual pedestal in lieu of thick interactions in the company of participants from the industries and academia of Asia. Moreover, the meeting takes supply of developments in this area and propels front line study activities and encourages the babies brains.  CSIR laboratories such as CECRI, NCL, CGCRI, NPL, IICT, and the like. And IISc, Bangalore are the scale players in India in the theme of the meeting.  Renowned experts and technologists from Asia bear definite their participation in this meeting.  This sincerely opens up windows of consideration and distribution of ideas and opportunities in lieu of CSIR scientists in specific and Indian researchers as a entire in lieu of planning outlook study initiatives.
