Overview of Protein Electrophoresis

Gel electrophoresis is a practice in which charged molecules are separated according to corporal properties such as charge or bulk as they are mandatory through a sieving gel matrix by an electrical current. Proteins are commonly separated in this style using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) to identify party proteins in complicated samples or to examine multiple proteins surrounded by a single sample.
