C-CAMP is delighted to be hosting a Next Generation Genomics Data Analysis Workshop in collaboration with European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI).

The roadshow aims to train experimental biologists in NGS data analysis and combines presentations with intensive hands-on practical sessions. Trainees will be guided through the selected databases and tools by expert trainers from EMBL-EBI and C-CAMP. Each day’s proceedings will be accompanied by lectures by scientists from NCBS, InStem and IMTECH, who extensively use NGS data and analysis in their research.
