"Avidatham' 13" is the first
International conference, one of its kind conducted by the post-graduate
students of Centre for Biotechnology, Anna University, Chennai from the
Bio-pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Food technology branches. Avidatham is an
ancient word in Tamil language that is synonymous with the process of drug
making. Avidatham' 13 aims to bridge research amongst various disciplines, from
various continents to discuss innovative methods and applications in molecular
therapeutics and allied fields. The main goal of Avidatham is to provide not
only a challenging forum for all participants but also a wonderful platform for
the student participants to interact with reputed researchers from all over the
world and benefit from the interactions. It will enable them to launch their
career as a research scientist.
