SRF: First Class M. Sc / M. Tech in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Life Science with valid GATE/NET score with minimin of two years research experience in the area of molecular biology.

Upper age limit for

JRF : 28 years

SRF : 30 years

Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates as per CSIR rule.
