Empanelment of Project Assistants (PA)

1. Project Assistant Level II (2 post)

    Biotechnological approach for capture of CO2 for generation of PUFAs using algae

    M Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology)

2 Project Assistant Level II (1 post)

    Development of Nano materials based biosensor for monitoring the water borne pathogens

    M Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology)

    Job Requirement Environmental Biotechnology

    12 months

    Rs. 12,000/- per month

Age Limit: 28 years (relaxable for SC / STs & OBC as per Govt. rules)

The engagement is purely on a temporary basis which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance / conduct of the appointee. The Project Assistant will be working at NEERI Chennai Zonal Laboratory, Chennai. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization / absorption.
