Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar has invited applications for admission to PhD / MPhil courses in Engineering, Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Dental Sciences, Nursing and Hotel Management, Law of January Session 2013.

Suitability: The minimum qualification required for admission to PhD Program in Engineering, Sciences, Humanities and Social Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Dental Sciences, Nursing and Hotel Management, Law is one of the following:

ME / MTech / MPharma / MPhil / MBA / PGDM (AICTE approved) / MHMCT / MHA / LLM / MD / MS / MDS / MSc (Nursing). In relevant discipline with a minimum of 6.75 CGPA in a 10 point scale or 60 percent of marks in aggregate.

BE / BTech / BPharm / MCA or equivalent in relevant discipline with CGPA of 7.75 or 70 percent and above marks in aggregate and one publication in a reputed national journal and one in reputed international journal with minimum work experience of 2 years. In case of Scientist or researcher from National Laboratories / industry and with more than 10 years of research experience and with two papers one in National Journal and one in International journal, the requirement is 6.75 CGPA or 60 percent in aggregate.

MBBS / MSc (Medical Science) / BDS with 6.75 CGPA or 60 percent marks.

MSc in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biotechnology and other related disciplines with CGPA 6.75 or 60 percent marks in aggregate.

MA in English / Economics / Library and Information Science / Literature with CGPA 6.25 or 55 percent of marks.

Instruction for Online Application

1. Check that the online application form has been properly and completely filled up (For details regarding filling up the application form refer to the advertisement and information on our website).

2. After submission of the form; Please check your email (As entered in the application form) for application copy,

3. Download your Application Copy and take the print out of the application form which has been send to your mail.

4. Enclose Draft of Rs. 1500/- (One thousand five hundred only)   to be attached in favour of  Siksha “O’ Anusandhan University , payable at Bhubaneswar.

5. (Enclose  photo copies of the qualifying  degree certificate and mark  sheets/grade  cards  showing  the percentages of marks (CGPA)

6. Enclose copies of published or unpublished work

7. Enclose documents relating to work and research experiences

8. The candidate must sign as specified in the application form.

9. Paste your recent Colour passport size Photograph (Do not staple the photograph).
